I have used The one point for several years, all with no issues. However last week they went above and beyond any service levels. We had our Telephone cables ripped out. I called Jake at TOP he told me over the phone \ I will check the engineers diary and come back to me\ Well less than 10 minutes later he was on site tools in hand sorting the issue for us. The full support I received from TOP was amazing more than a IT Telecoms business. I have to say amazing service. I guess you only find out how good a company are when things actually go wrong. Thank you to Nathan and Jake 100%
