Spent 90 minutes in Debenhams Hull today. I went with pockets full of money, prepared to spend it. Sadly, the store was NOT welcoming to say the least! At the entrance I was told I couldn't leave by the same doorway without explanation as there was no apparent one-way system once through the doors. Staff were pleasant but none looked busy and (as usual) there was no-one around when you wanted to ask a question. I didn't see a single item worthy of my cash. Staff were scarce and even though there was a big sale on, everything had been well picked over (lady's clothing in sizes 6, 8, 18 and 20 abound). I really don't think I'll bother going back.
