Warfrin department dont listen when you ring to say I’m housebound due to stroke then send a letter discharging you and recommend I receive no warfrin now reported to a higher level for investigation

Absolutely disgusted with the service my mum received today. She attended for a Duplex scan which she had an emergency appointment booked for and was turned away because they where running behind and was nearly home time. The only saving grace was the lovely nurse who asked 3 times if they could see her as it was urgent as they thought she could have a blood clot! You should be disgusted with yourself’s turning people away with potential life threatening illnesses!!
Very good out of hours doctors, always get seen very quick. Rang 111 after 6pm for LO and was given and appointment
Appointment was on time to the minute. Practice Nurse Helen was efficient informative and reassuring. Parking was available on site. The building is unassuming and in places showing its age but the service here is first class.
As i was trying to access an appointment with my own GP for 3 days and couldn't and become more ill thankfully this place helped aswell as 111 and i came home with the medication to help get me better aswell as feeling the doctor and reception staff cared!! May i add the doctor was amazing by far 1 of the best among a very few!! He was kind informative and just made me feel better with his all approach. Not many use the skills required to make visiting doctors easy but this doctor did 100%.
