Ed was amazing through the whole process. Easily to deal with friendly and got me an amazing deal on my MINI Cooper S. Everything was effortless and easy!! Even though I live 90 miles away nothing was to much trouble at all!! Ed is fantastic knowledgeable and has a lovely manor. I would recommend you go and see Ed if you are thinking of buying a MINI!!! Best experience ever!!!! Despite the distance I would definitely look to upgrade to and would definitely travel down again in 2 years!!! 5 stars well deserved!!!

We took possession of our Mini Cooper from salesman Ed Faulkener last week, and I can say quite honestly that it was the best car purchase and completion I have experienced in fifty years. Over the phone he was knowledgeable, courteous and clear, following up our questions, calls and emails promptly. Buying online can be worrying, but the car was exactly as described and Ed's handover was exemplary. His explanation of the car's functions could be used for a training video. He was patient and clear, taking all the time we needed to feel comfortable with our new vehicle. He had taken every precaution too to make sure there was no possible exposure either way from the virus. All in all, a first class experience. Ed is clearly a man who loves his job and who carries it out with enthusiasm and skill.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I had a beautiful 4 Series BMW through the Hungerford branch already but was looking for a replacement. Thanks to Ed, I am now driving around in a lovely Mini JCW! This branch always pride themselves on putting the customer first and in the 12 years I have been dealing with them, I can honestly stay they do just that. Ed was extremely helpful in showing me around the cars I had expressed an interest in but also showing me something that he believed would be more suited. He was right because that was the car I ended up purchasing. Customer service is definitely at the heart of Hungerford from dealing with Ed in Sales to Lee Smith in Aftersales, Charlotte and James in the Service department, you will be well looked after. I could not recommend them enough to help you find a lovely BMW or Mini.
