We have a very old large-format scanner, supplied by Reprotec over 15 years ago. We put in a support call to them for a technical issue, and they quickly found the solution for us. We're extremely grateful for their expertise and time.
I have an A1 scanner which I bought to scan my self drafted sewing patterns. The scans inity looked ok but I realised that the vertical scan length was slightly out. This is a serious issue for my intended purpose. The manufacturer told me it needed adjusting and it had to be done by an engineer. I'm not a company, just an individual, and getting help was harder than I expected. I was referred on a couple of times and ended up in touch with Reprotec. They sorted out the issue quickly and, particularly given the limitations of the current Covid situation, went out of their way to help me. I'm so very grateful.
Reprotec Ltd. support was absolutely fantastic service. When no one would help me fix my scanner they went above and beyond to discover exactly what the problem was and to repair it quickly and efficiently. All individual members of the company were friendly, knowledgeable and charming. I would highly recommend this company and they will be my first call should I face another problem. It’s very rare to find a company these days who will give 100% to fixing the problem instead of just suggesting ‘buy a new one.’ The service is lovely, the price is very fair, overall very easy and stress less experience.
