This firm made the whole process for us easier. They understood our delays, were supportive and went above and beyond. They are now no longer someone we employed to help us in our new home, they have the same respect from me as family. If you use anyone else you are missing out.
We used Alexanders in February 2017. This was following a personal visit to discuss the job by Alexander himself who was extremely helpful. The team on the day could not be have more helpful or professional. They bought two small vans rather that one large one because of weights restrictions on our drive way - this was at no extra cost. I would certainly recommend them and have done to a friend who rang me to thank me for doing so as they went above and beyond for her.
Alexanders came highly recommended from a friend. As per previous reviews, I had some initial trouble contacting this company, but once I did, the service was absolutely outstanding. They offered a range of very competitive quotes, one option offering 30 days free storage (should there be any problems with the sale). As it turned out, at the last minute, we had to use this option. I don't know how we would have managed without this. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company.
Had a removal quote booked and nobody turned up. They didn't even call to say they would be late - they just didn't bother coming at all! It is also IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them in the office, the line just goes straight through to voicemail. We have left two voicemails and not got a response. I definitely would not recommend this company.
