Very unhappy with my ‘oven clean’ experience. Not only was my hot plate broken, but, after being assured by Mr Ward that he was insured we had to do all the chasing up to try to get things sorted. Not only did Mr Ward not bother to contact us to let us know what was happening, neither did his insurance company. In the end we had no choice but to put the matter in the hands of our own insurance company who thankfully arranged full recompense and will try to get Mr Ward’s insurance company to settle with them, but we should not have had to go through our insurance company at all. Hunts Oven Clean - never again, the cooker wasn’ t cleaned very well anyway.
