Would definitely recommend - polite, efficient service fixing 2 different ongoing bathroom leaks (bath tap and toilet cistern) and resiliconing very neatly. Cistern fix turned out to be more complex than anticipated but Dylan took it in his stride. Respectful about social distancing and mask wearing and left the space nice and tidy.

He installed a mixer tap for us a few months ago, and also helped me diagnose and fix a low water pressure issue on our heating system over the phone on one of the coldest mornings of the winter, thereby helping me get the house back to a reasonable temperature quickly!

We have used Dylan three times. Once redo our bathroom. Dylan project managed the whole thing for us. The bathroom looks great, was done quickly and what we paid was extremely competitive. We then had our downstairs toilet reconnected (disconnect by previous home owners). Dylan quickly found the leak, repaired and reconnected the toilet for us. Again price was very competitive and issue resolved quickly. Most recently Dylan has replaced our kitchen tap for us after the old one started leaking. Every time we have booked something with Dylan he has turned up exactly when he said he would, has kept us informed, explained all of our options to us and quoted us competitive prices. He always leaves everything tidy and is very polite and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Dylan to anyone in need of a plumber.
