Ordered a tree, got sent a grafted stick (no side branches at all) in a tub. It looked nothing like the website example. Worth checking before you order. When I complained they said I had to return it at my own cost. Which thanks to the brilliant PayPal return postage refund scheme happened without me having to pay.

They are taking money! Not sending products! No way to contact them! No refunds! This is illegal!!! Shut your website down and refund people!!! Disgraceful! I spent 40, half of it arrived as boxes of soil with nothing in it and the other half hasn't even arrived 9 weeks later. I don't understand why you don't just shut down, pay out and save your business? All we want is a refund!

Previously been very happy with Marshalls but this year it's been over 1 month since I ordered and still no sign of my seeds being dispatched. I even raised a claim through PayPal and was told my seeds would be dispatched in a couple of days- another week on and nothing! Will have to get my money back and go elsewhere. Very disappointing

Ordered around 8 weeks ago and while I appreciate demand and situation the quality has been very poor. I’m not sure some will make it but we will persevere (example photo of a rotting Phlox). Still yet to receive 4 items though did receive a mystery refund for one of the plants. No communication, don’t answer phones, email inbox full. Compare this to Waitrose garden, order arrived all to gather within 4 weeks and all plants look great. Do yourself a favour and avoid. Hope to get my remaining plants soon...
