Popped into the Bistro at 2.15pm for a sandwich and coffee. Sign said table service only. No code or book for track and trace. Sat at a clean table for 15 minutes, it was not busy. No one came over to take our order so got up and left. Bought shortbread in the gift shop because we like it. The ladies behind the till were lovely. Bistro service not good.

Popped into the Coffee Stop with the dogs. Surprisingly, we were able to order from the Bistro menu & have it brought over like a take away which was nice. Brilliant little dog friendly place. Then a trip to the shop for some fab \broken biscuits\ somehow they always taste better.

Amazing experience of how proper shortbread is made and packaged. Quite the tour to see how it is all done. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. So much better than other brands but sadly lesser known. An absolute \go to\ when seen in the stores over here. There online ordering is eccellent for gifts and surprises for our UK family and friends

Lovely cafe with great food and large selection. Lift access to the upper floor. The gift shop is brilliant for buying short bread and gifts.
