I have employed the services of RGB UK on numerous occasions over the past five years and have always been extremely pleased by the extra mile and the professionalism that the entire team undertake and show. I recently had a major problem with a software update which meant that my print output would have completely stopped if it had not been for the expert service and patience offered. I can not express how much I would highly recommend this company, its staff, service and products.
We enquired about buying a printer and were pleased to find a Canon dealer nearby who could supply. We met them and had a long demonstration which was helpful. The printer was delivered efficiently by 2 of the staff promptly within a week - followed by an in depth introduction to how to use the machine. My husband uses Canon full frame cameras & professional L lenses - so Canon‘s latest printers would appear to translate seamlessly & they haven’t disappointed. We‘re pleased to have found RGBUK & would recommend them as suppliers.
LIARS. Just had a response to my low star review about an OKI ink I ordered online. Apparently the owner has investigated what happened and has lied in his/Her response You DID not order 3rd party ink especially for me and I had not tried another supplier or regular supplier who apparently did not have these in stock. You offered me the 3rd party ink THAT YOU STOCK because you had taken my money for an OKI ink that you failed to tell me after 5 days that you didn't have them in stock. I accepted the 3rd party ink and it came damaged and with no chip, which rendered it useless, I then called to ask you to send a chip out in the post but you didn't have them in stock and didn't know when they was going to arrive. Just for your information the refund took 2 weeks for you to process. Very unprofessional response. Extremely disappointed. there is no need to lie to make you sound better, I wouldn't be leaving this 2nd review if your response was not total lies. Future customers need to know your poor behaviour in this matter
Do not use this company, Ive been waiting nearly 3 weeks for an order that should have been delivered next day. Ive phoned this company numerous times but Im still waiting for an update. They also charged me for as genuine ink but sent a 3rd party ink instead and said they would refund the difference. No refund!! Shocking. No communication skills what so ever
