Igor quickly assessed the layout and workings of our heating and hot water system and was able to identify problems with it. He balanced our underfloor heating and suggested a number of possible reasons for the issue with our hot water and some changes that could be made to fix the problem. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, and I hope to have him back soon to carry out the fixes to the hot water!

The expansion tank in our house ruptured in the evening. Igor showed up at our house shortly thereafter. He assessed the problem, drained the water tank and had the cold water operating quickly. The next morning he brought an expansion tank and installed it. Within twelve hours we were back up and running. We would definitely use Igor again.

Igor sorted out my megaflo water tank. I had spoken to various plumbers and even had a few quotes - ( do not pay for call out charges to establish problem! ). In fact only use Igor, super professional! Worked hard get elements changed and also fix emergency water tap. Honest, reliable and fair pricing. I would not use anyone else now.
