Hi, I would like to write a review about the team at Hydropool in Ashton under Lyne. My family and I are over the moon with the hot tub we purchased, after a long time shopping around and lots of research we came to the decision to buy our hot tub from Hydropool in Ashton-Under-Lyne. On our first visit we were greeted by Pauline who let us look around at our leisure then she then answered all our questions and let us sit in the tubs. Our second visit we took our children, she made us all very welcome it was then we made our decision to purchase the tub. Pauline opened a bottle of champagne and let us enjoy the bubbles whilst finalises things. The tub arrived exactly when she said it would, we had previously had a home visit so they could check the access to our garden. Over the weeks of waiting we popped in the shop a couple of times for a update Pauline always very helpful. The tub arrived on a Tuesday morning the team were brilliant in getting it into the garden and in place, the tub was installed and filled, they explained the running process and left taking every bit of packing/litter with them. We love the hot tub, Pauline and her staff have been great throughout, if you are thinking about buying a hot up I would definitely recommend a visit to Hydropool in Ashton-Under-Lyne.
Great service from showroom to installation of our BBQ hut. It made all the difference being able to go and see what we could buy and then simple discussions on what size to choose at our house. Very happy 1 year on.
