Great bike hire scheme! I hired one from Stade Court Hotel today and had a lovely time. The process was very easy, bike was good quality and reasonable priced. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks!

Easy to use and convenient. Came across the owner today at one of the stations who explained there are plans to extend further along the coast and prove the maps which will be a real bonus. We enjoyed using this service.
Very disappointing. This is a missed opportunity - shame for them and the local council, not to mention those who might want to use the service which has obviously involved quite a significant investment. The cycles are too high for a reasonably tall adult to use and cannot be adjusted. Also it is only possible to pay for one bike on one account - not good if there are two or of you! Also customer service is non existent - I had to chase my small 3 refund and they managed to copy me in to an internal email and never gave me an apology or commented on my comments about the cycle height and ability to only pay for one cycle.
No locations between Folkestone and Hythe other than one hard to find location , off the seafronts , in Saga sandgate. strange pricing charging you 4 per ride that adds up to 16 if wanting 4 short rides in a day. Ie take bike short ride Folkestone to Sandgate. Then explore. Then another bike to Hythe and explore. Then vica versa. 8 per month only gives 2 rides per day. Why is there a useless location hidden in hythe stade. Hide and seek?. Do i get a prize for finding it?. What it should be. Affordable 4 per day for unlimited rides of up 30 minutes each with numerous easy to find locations spaced evenly all the way between Folkestone and Hythe on the seafront. Should be one next to Sandgate castle and one near petrol station start of the canal.
Great idea! Easy to use for all ages and amazing on price! Highly recommened.
