Contacted Ian regarding the problem that an elderly relative had with their satellite system. Attended as arranged on time.Resolved the issues that the elderly and vulnerable person had so that she was able to watch TV again after being out of service for a couple of days. Found him to be friendly and knowledgeable and his charges were not expensive. Would certainly contact him again . Highly recommended.

My wife and I would thoroughly recommend Ian for any TV engineering work. He not only was friendly and efficient, he has excellent knowledge of his field and gave us the confidence he knew exactly what he was doing. We live in a Grade II building which over time had had many cables installed and a very poor installation, which meant cables inside and outside the house were a mess, we had no TV reception, and it was like spaghetti. Throughout the day he kept us informed of progress, even drawing a picture showing the cable connectivity for future reference. We will definitely be using Ian again for a satellite dish installation, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else. All i can say we were thoroughly impressed.
