Ian Davies has 30 years experience in engineering excellence and leadership with major consultants, contractors and utilities. In 2017 he formed Ian Davies Consulting Ltd in order to share this experience more widely. A wide range of services are offered, centred around the performance and development of people and engineering teams and the delivery of strategic projects. We can review or develop processes and organisational structure and provide coaching or training of individuals and groups. We can help to develop engineering strategy or implement business improvements and we can provide leadership in the delivery of strategic projects as well as offering independent technical review and due diligence. We are passionate about the promotion of engineering excellence and the development of engineers from school and into retirement.
