I was very reluctant to order from Iceland this week as all my previous orders with them has gone wrong and involved numerous phone calls to sort them out. I worked all week and i am absolutely exhausted and didn't want to go in store hence taking the chance with an order. I have been waiting for my order since 12 and it's still not here. They are running late and i wouldn't have know that if i didn't call customer services. I got an email this morning before 8am to say my order has been dispatched however, customer service is telling me the store sent out my delivery late. Customer service was pathetic and offered me 5% off my next order, i surely told them what to do with that. This will be my last ever order!!! My eyes are burning me, i am so exhausted from my shifts and waiting to get my shopping and go have a nap and it's still not here and you take the piss by offering 5% off another order. ICELAND, YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE IS A JOKE!! BACK TO TESCO I GO!!

Just in, limited edition of Lemon, Frys Turkish Delight.
Small store so no easy to social distance. But you just have to be patient.
Delivery service is awful asked for delivery last Friday between 7-9pm then get a call at 9.10pm to say driver had a puncture and then they delivered Saturday night.. Orederd again for this Friday 7-9pm get a phone call Friday afternoon to say these slots don't exist anymore and should have been taken off the website and whsn I questioned last weeks day late delivery she said again that time slot should not have been available and again will deliver Saturday night So there was no puncture then I asked. She couldn't answer me... Its now Saturday night 8.30pm and received a text saying due to unforseen circumstances my delivery will again be late.. Understand how busy they are but don't lie to me.. never had any issues with tesco and morrsions delivery lesson learned
