We had four units fitted within our apartment and a condenser unit on the terrace. Work included concealing cables in the ceiling and pipes in the walls. Some of the walls were solid and required a complex job to conceal but Garry and Henry did a great job nonetheless, even though tricky. Outside on the terrace, the guys did a great job of keeping things smart and tidy. The guys always arrived on time and nice and early to crack on with the job. Henry and Garry were both super friendly and trustworthy. Garry's background has years of experience so well suited to the job. Thanks guys

Garry and his team carried out the install of 7x indoor and 2x outdoor AC units at our home. His knowledge not only about the products but also the installation process really helped when designing the layout of the system. Compared to others that came round to quote he steered us away from potential pitfalls that we would have made by going with others. During installation everything was carried out with the minimum of fuss and disruption. We had (to my knowledge at least) a fairly complex install whereby we were running all pipework through walls, ceilings and the loft space in order to give a tidy undisrupted finish. All of this was thought out prior to quoting and carried out extremely well. Everything was neat and tidy, all cable runs were protected and in the locations they were supposed to be. At the end of each day everything would be tidied away and they even brought their own hoover to clean up after themselves. The job was completed on time and care was taken to make sure that everything was as it should be. I'm always a bit dubious when seeking suppliers for new services, but I can genuinely whole heartedly recommend Icy Cool for doing a thorough and proper job. They have installed top quality Daikin equipment that should last us for years and we're completely happy with the entire process.
