I have complained - lets see how they respond. I send a perfect phone with normal wear and tear - the odd scratch etc. We agree 113 from the web. We then receive an e mail saying the screen is cracked and reduced to 40. If they dont hear from you within 72 hrs it defaults to 40 and you effectively accept it - You decide.......
