HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I bought a fire online back in June 2020 and then had issues with fitters, which left me with a bit of an issue where by no other companies wanted to rectify someone elses work. After much head scratching and phone calls (this took weeks not days) I finally found these guys, Ignite Fires and Stoves. What a breath of fresh air compared to previous experiences. Claire is on the ball, polite, fast comms and couldn't help enough with getting me booked in for a visit and subsequent fit of our BFM fire. Customer service was amazing and actually made me feel like the job would get done properly this time. Calvin was on time, polite and got the job done. There was a couple of issues with the fire (entirely the fires fault) which Calvin took upon himself to talk directly with manufacturers and came back for a couple of return visits before getting the job completed. Overall it was a great experience using Ignite Fires and Stoves, very professional, honest, good price, never flustered when issues arose and went the extra mile when needed. I cant recommend these guys highly enough, if I could give 10 stars I would have done :)

Calvin came to service and clean chimney as he originally installed our log burner . He was on time and did a first class job leaving my cottage clean and dust free And my log burner looking brand new ! I would recommend Calvin 100% Thank you very much .
