The team on the day I arrived were both Sunny and Zelda. Both very welcoming and warm and managed to answer the many many questions I needed answering. After years of researching the system I decided to go with IHS. Professional and calming. If anyone is nervous or needs reassurance and honest answers. They’re both extremely honest about the system and how it works etc etc. I feel for me that’s the most important part. The realistic approach that many won’t see or hear with other companies. It’s been a week since my first fitting and I’m very happy with my hair. The options and advise they both gave me was much appreciated it.
I’ve had 4 hair systems so far, the systems are of very high quality and so is the service. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a hair system.
