A very big store. They have everything. But very packed and crowded. The lines at the cashier and food court are really long cues. But other than that, loved shopping here for bedding, rugs, and kitchen supplies.

Extremely crowded and parking a nightmare. The Westfield at Shepherd’s Bush is a bit better but the same parking issues there as well. Avoid on weekends and Bank Holidays.

Great conglomerate of so many essentials for travelers and locals alike. It doubles as a bus and train station too. So easy to access. It's really worth visiting if you are in the Stratford area or close by The challenge is that there aren't good direction boards to help people locate what they want easily

So much space and somehow such limited number of furniture on display. There's absolutely nobody available to help, and most items don't have any labels whatsoever.

Pick up was ok... Just a little delay. Decent prices, lovely stuffs, the delivery package was quite bulky. Had to dismantle the delivery box and repack stuffs in a shopping bag. Lol

Little place but you can't order here so forbthat they get a 4/5 but their service was good and it's very useful for returns so you don't have to track to the Tottenham or Greenwich branch

This is not a store. You can only place orders and pick them up here. I’m not sure if they handle returns as well. Shippings fees also apply. It is a well laid out store and is located on the street in Westfield Stratford shopping centre. Staff are nice and extra helpful and the store is clean.
