I used to love this place back in the days, it was a nice and friendly family ran restaurant. I've ordered twice from them in the last 10 months and it's been an horrific experience both times. Last one was so bad I couldn't just say nothing and let it go..the woman on the phone sounded like she didn't even know where she was or what she was supposed to do. She told me it was impossible for her to cancel an order I had made with the wrong items in and when I said it was okay, I would just order the special pizza on top of it to get over the 10 minimum for free delivery fees, she was not capable of telling me what was the special pizza made of and said I should go on their website and see myself before calling back to order. Rarely seen such incompetence.. I wonder how they managed to survive through the last year being so amazingly unhelpful to customers... I will not make the mistake to order anything from them again

Food was fantastic, service was great. The staff were passionate about the food. The price was excellent value for money in my opinion. Social distancing I feel maintained at the right level.
