Hello I run two golf societies, am Chairman of an archery club as well as secretary of a section of my local golf club, I have used various engravers, from the bloke outside Leytonstone station and a variety of online outlets. Some of our trophies are sterling silver and worth thousands, some are brass , pewter and worth bog all. In every case they have been treated with care and respect. Prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent whether done in house or sent out. I can't speak for the quality of the mass produced \end of season\ handouts but if you have treasured trophies you can be sure they will be looked after.

I’m sure that when trophies are intact, the couple that run this place are perfectly pleasant. However, having returned to their shop to explain that the logos on the trophies we had purchased from them had come unstuck (meaning that they couldn’t be handed out as planned), I found the owners of the shop to be rude, obnoxious and extremely unapologetic. Not once did they acknowledge that they could have used a stronger glue or taken different precautions to ensure their trophies did not disintegrate in the embarrassing manner that they did - instead they suggested that the ‘hot weather’ was responsible for the logos coming unstuck before then saying they couldn’t know preempt reasons why the logos would come loose, despite having just indicated that they knew hot weather could be a factor. Luckily for them, I only wanted the logos to be properly fixed onto the trophies rather than the full refund I would be entitled to (for providing a broken product as if it were new). The couple went on to be increasingly rude and dismissive of my concerns and continuing to reject responsibility for the poor quality of what they had sold. The prices at this place are cheap for sure, and it is reflected in the (lack of) quality of their trophies and (lack of) respect for customers. Don’t buy from this shop if you intend on buying a trophy that stays in one piece, or if you intend on raising issue with them if it doesn’t. Google doesn’t allow negative star reviews so the 1 star will have to suffice. Terrible experience. Avoid.
