If there was the option to rate lower than one star I would have not hesitated to do so. The company is such a shambles, I dont even know where to start. The office workers for example, who lack basic english skills and fail to understand mandatory communication skills. I mean I would not even allow this level of english at a takeaway, let alone an established firm. The amount of slang used within scentences makes me feel as though im talking to a 12 year old wannabe ganstar. Without going into all the details of my miserable experience with the company, I would end with a simple message: AVOID AT ALL COSTS Its a pity their package staff have to put up with such rude and lazy service.
