Amazing selection of groceries but people working there are rude , loud and no etiquettes. Please maintain a bit of good customer service and most of the staff not wearing masks even after the fact that this store is located just opposite COVID-19 Walk-in testing centre. How many people with symptoms must be walking in the store ?

One stop shop to get all south Indian needs. Good staff and good service. The good thing is that you can get fresh sundai Kaai (wild berries) here.

I shop every week at the store in Gants Hill. It is the best South Asian store in East London. They have everything and anything I need for making Pakistani and Punjabi food. The staff are incredibly helpful and if I am in any doubt, I just ask an auntie their advice. And the price is amazing.

Had a bad experience after sales. Bought a 10Kg Thanjavur ponni Raw rice from them at their Eastham store. Didn't really bother to check the quality, as I have been a regular customer and trust their quality. When I inspected it after coming home in Cambridge, noticed that half the rice were rotten with orange and black colors and it smelt very rotten. Contacted them over phone. As usual no response and after couple of attempts managed to talk to a lady. I was asked to bring the product to their store for inspection. I am living in Cambridge and shop at Eastham once in 3 months. Do I need to spend 30 to get a replacement for 12 item? She was also not confirming that the money will be refunded. Being a regular customer to them and making a lumpsum purchase, this is what I get. Wouldn't recommend anyone going to this shop ever again.
