Rude Manager (Asian lady with glasses in her 50s). I kindly asked if they had any shoes suitable for hiking and she nearly shouted as if I came to ask for milk or butter saying \we don't do hiking shoes here\. Just before I approached her she was serving this poor old Asian woman who struggled to walk and was really talking to the customer in a condescending way. Next, the old lady asks if she could leave her trolley in the store and the manager replies in a rude shouty way as she did to me... seriously lacks customer service skills. I liked to shop here as the shoes are comfy but never again...

I always look forward to getting my feet done. The woman who did my feet was not day but they are other there they take dry skin and cut toes nail and corn. And other things. I being a customer for years ever since in ilford Exchanged but the move to a few doors from small sainsbury. If you do go to foot dr I hope you enjoy your experience.

I phoned up requesting corn removal, once I arrived I was not seen till I made a fuss, once being seen the chiropodist literally tickled my foot for 10 min and then said it's done, charged me 25.00 apparently for 30 mins, I was so angry at the time but bit my tongue.
