CMM is exactly what we need. We own a small farm, aiming to produce ethically reared, grass fed, slow aged meat, with minimal interference from the farmer. We don't want to travel far to slaughter, we don't want to take our animals through a livestock market first. Kingsley and his team take care with what they are doing.
Had a Dexter cow slaughtered, hung, cut, labelled and vac packed. Fantastic service. Everything done to my specification and complete satisfaction and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning for this first class service

had a british white slaughtered. delivered to my door was no british white. i find a devon cow corpese instead!!!!!!!!!!! smelled really gross! unsatisfieed!!!!!!
