I had wonderful time during my pre-lock down stay at Slimmeria in Devon. Staying before the New Year to reset and kick start my 2021 was the best foundation for a successful wellness journey. I thoroughly recommend taking time out and investing in a Slimmeria experience. The retreat is set in a stunning location by the sea in Illfracome. The scenery was sublime making each walk a real treat to look forward to. Galia was the 'hostess with the most'. She made us all feel welcome and looked after us which was especially appreciated during the festive season. She dressed the retreat in Christmas decorations. We even got crackers which was a charming touch. The team ensured excellent social distancing measures which offered a safe and considered experience. Again, I thoroughly recommend going to Slimmeria (Both locations!)

Went on the 2nd -8th August after gaining a stone in weight in lockdown. It was just what I needed to kickstart my health plan at home. I loss a total of 9lbs whilst I was there, thanks to Galia, Sam and Shell. Since returning home I have lost a further 2lbs. I would definitely go back again next year to detox and kickstart my weight loss and again, if I felt the need to. Thank you again Galia! Marva x
