This is the worst company I have ever encountered. I called them out because we were having a problem with our boiler back in March. It said 'no call out charge' but we noticed after he left that 150 had gone out of our account. He was only there 15 minutes and didn't have the part that was required. So he went away saying he would come round when he had the part. He came back a fortnight later, servicing the boiler and carrying out the repair. Another 350 taken out our account. Two or three weeks later, the same problem occurred. We phoned the company who advised us to phone the engineer. He arranged to come twice. He never turned up. This Monday morning all we could get was cold water. My husband phoned the company and was told the engineer would phone us back. Today is Friday and, inspite of numerous telephone, we are still waiting for someone to ring us.. I would advise people to give this company a very wide berth. Their customer service is appalling. Their address in Ilkeston is fictional. My husband went to find them and was told they had never been at that address, by someone who has been there for over 30 years. I would not recommend this awful company to anyone.
