Staff not very helpful at the Ilkeston branch. Following a home visit we visited the Ilkeston branch to view the glass options and have a look at colours. The experience nearly made us cancel our order, the gentleman in the showroom really couldn't be bothered and had an attitude that made us feel unwelcome. The same is not to be said about the Beeston branch, as we went straight there after getting annoyed at the Ilkeston staff members attitude. We must say a totally opposite experience, the gentleman who greeted us couldn't be more helpful and definitely saved the company a cancelled order.

We had a new door last 25th of October 2019 fitted.Really love it..
Everyone we dealt with was friendly, salesman was not at all pushy. All work done on time and as promised, really pleased with it. After getting a lot of quotes for a new front door, very pleased with KLG Rutland!
Excellent door door fitted by a real craftsman. The guy who fitted our door took real pride in what he was doing, it was a joy to watch. Unfortunately I can't remember his name but I do remember he is from the West Midlands.
We visited their Ilkeston show room today to choose a new front door of the composite style. The member of staff we dealt with was very helpful and at all not pushy. We were left to choose the style of door we wanted in our own time without somebody immediately coming up to us to hassle us which we greatly appreciated. In terms of the service and information we received today about the door we enquired about, it is only fair to award a five star rating. Once we have the actual door fitted I will update the review accordingly.
