very poorly quality of work I wish I never opened the door to these guys. Will damage your property as they have no respect, do not finish the job or have the right tools for the job, created more problems in my house, carpets all round the house covered in plaster, dirt n foot prints, drilled into a wired, removing sockets when not qualified to do anything with electrics, please do not use these guys for your own good, will be reporting them to trading standards

Avoid you will just end up regretting having any work done by them. They use 9mm polystyrene with 9mm plasterboard with no vapour barrier on the ceiling. This material doesn't hold any heat in and I don't believe this is what the scheme is agreeing should be installed. Building regs states 100mm between rafters and 50mm across to stop thermal bridging. They then placed 25mm PIR Board with 12.5mm plasterboard on the gable end wall. The ceiling requires a greater depth of insulation than the end wall. Tried to contact them over 2 months period and no response. Haven't plastered which was in the original agreement and have been left with unfinished mess of a house because of them. Will cost me a small fortune to get a professional company in to finish the job. As someone else pointed out in their review Eaves will take your grant away from you when there are other companies who will install better materials and finish the job.

This company have clearly ripped my parents off and hopefully they can do the right thing and rectify the situation. A service that was supposed to be free which the owner will be claiming that grant because it is 'supposed to be free' from the government as they have their benefit details, and my parents have also paid him. they have taken advantage and taken money when they shouldn't have. They have now left them with a substandard service with barely hot water and insubstantial under floor insulation. Avoid at all costs and hopefully trading standards and the local MP will have this sorted as soon as possible.

Avoid this company at all cost. particularly if you are considering using the Government Green Homes Grant scheme. Their communication is poor, they subcontract the work and they falsify Google reviews. AVOID

These clowns came to do my insulation a few days ago. They pulled on the electrical wiring when they were screwing the insulation boards in. Instead of removing the socket and checking if it was still safe they just carried on. This is what happens the day after they left!! They are not interested in fixing it. I have had an electrician out and they have informed me that the company short circuited the plug socket by plugging on the socket rather than disconnecting and reconnected the socket. AVOID THESE CLOWNS I AM CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS WITH REGARDS TO THIS!!

Was supposed to receive the insulation and plastering as part of the eco3 scheme. Had insulation and was shocking job (father in law a roofer and never seen anything like it)- just thrown all over shop The plastering took 16 weeks of phonecalls (where because of my location in south wales was made to feel a burden) and finally after publically calling them out on facebook had a ‘director’ call me to sort after telling me the plastering was a courtesy thing not part of the scheme - funnily enough they came within the week to do it (but made it clear they werent happy about it) And wish i hadnt bothered and paid someone as what a shocking job- more plaster on carpets, walls down the stairs, on my brand new velux windows than on the actual area that it was meant to be on. Costing me more to sort than if i had paid someone professional.. Then the director “ron” (seems to be a ron with positive review below as well, although i may be overthinking) rang to ask me to put on facebook it was all done Shocking company and shouldnt have the contract for this grant! Have emailed eco3 to complain!

Rubbish company and quality of work is terrible. Ruined all of my ceilings. Used the cheapest insulation boards as thin as my finger and demanded a few hundred pounds on the spot for a "free" insulation job. One of the most dishonest and disorganised companies I've come across
