Umar Tariq @ Malik Legal Solicitors Ltd is the best immigration solicitor I have come across in the UK. I have dealt with other solicitors in London & Chester before to extend my Tier 1 visa application and wife & children dependent visas. We were due for our Indefinite Leave to Remain and wanted to go through a solicitor for this application. I got in touch with Umar @ Malik Legal Solicitors Ltd, it was a different experience from the word go. I have been working with Umar for the last 2 months for my wife and daughter’s indefinite leave to remain. He was friendly, supportive and guided us through the visa process. He is so knowledgeable at his work that we did no have to do any re-work, all the documents were prepared as per HomeOffice guidelines. He was available anytime to clarify questions, we used to have calls at 10 pm in the night to discuss documents required. We had to escalate our case to process the visa application asap (WIthin 8 weeks after applying) due to family emergency back home, Umar raised the issue with HomeOffice and provided the justification required without us being involved and made sure the visa was processed soon. We got the visa approved sooner than expected. The best thing about Umar is tthat he does not like to rush through things but want to make sure all documents are provided and the application is successful. The fees charged by Umar was way less than other firms, I can say "A high quality service for a low cost". I would strongly recommend Umar @ Malik Legal Solicitors Ltd for all the immigration matters.
