We contacted Dean as our inherited burglar alarm was playing up, and wouldn't turn off. With a two month old baby, this was very stressful! Called many Alarm companies before Dean, and none of them seemed to care less. Dean answered promptly, and within 20 mins he was round ours, and job done! Alarm off! What shone through was he actually cares about his customers. We're booking him in to remove the old system. Without hesitation! I can't recommend Impact Electrical & Security Systems strongly enough!

Really professional service, going the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with the job. Had a Ring stick up cam wired installed with PIR light on my garage which came with some connection options, I got the best outcome and Dean did a much better job then I could ever achieve. Will use again.
Dean came and fitted a ring doorbell at my mums house, from the minute dean arrived he was very professional and made it very clear to my mum how it all worked, I would highly recommended dean! Very polite and very good at his job!
