First watch they repaired wasn't sealed properly and is now full of condensation. She destroyed the screws whilst failing to open the second watch and now the battery can't be replaced by anyone, ever. Total 350 of destroyed watches. You think I'd tag a Tag Heuer there, you're joking!!!

40 to change my watch battery seemed steep, but I liked the watch so I went ahead. I was pretty shocked to find that the face had rotated when I took it out of the bag they gave it to me in.. Upon taking it back today I was told that they were not sure how much it would cost to rotate the face back and they refused to accept any responsibility. So they have added "incompetence" and "dishonest" to the preexisting "overpriced" label

The manager and asian old man is the rudest person I have ever met, I went for advise asked him if I should service the watch as I was told in another shop, he shouted at me repeatedly that he didn't care what I was told, that it wasn't his business and that I could do whatever I wanted. I asked then for the price of the battery he said 50 I told him if he could do it for 40 and match the price of the repair shop on the corridor of the oracle. He started screaming at me saying that I should go to the other shop and that I should get out of his shop that he was not going to serve me!!! The day after I pass near to them again and there was another guy I asked him the price of the battery he looked at my watch and told me the price and was 35 I ask him to double check he showed me the price list and it eas 35 no 50!! Stay away of him most horrible person that you can meet plus overpricing for the jobs!!!!
