Incredible treatments. Literally I felt like a new person after my acupressure massage and the reiki sessions are amazing. Also I can't recommend the sound bath meditations enough! Karen is down to earth, incredibly knowledgeable, kind and supportive. I can't recommend her or her treatments highly enough.
Would highly recommend Karen. She is very friendly and professional, very welcoming and treats everyone for their individual needs. Karen has helped me through two very difficult times in my life with reiki and the amazing soundbath. My treatments definitely helped me cope. So whether you need a little help or just want to relax and enjoy some 'me time' you won't find anybody better than Karen.
This place is amazing!! I had a reiki here with Karen the owner and it was fantastic and worked. Cured my panic attacks for almost 3 years now. Also meditation, Indian head massage and lots more at great prices. A very personal service and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have Indian head massage regularly with Karen. I always have a great experience and feel very relaxed! She has a variety of other treatments to offer too which are fantastic, including reiki. Would highly recommend.
