Just ordered from here. Ordered at 6:45 and was quoted 30-45 mins. It arrived at 8:50 when I was just on my way out the door to get some food from elsewhere as I’d lost all hope of the order coming, having called the restaurant on 3 separate occasions to be told it’s on its way. I then tried to call at 8:45 to tell them not to bother with my order, but couldn’t even contact them as it had seemed they had turned the phones off, which came as some surprise because I checked the just eat website and it still said 30-45 mins. Nothing short of abysmal and the only apology I got was off the driver. Food was just okay and certainly not worth the wait. Will not be returning!

2 and a half hours after order, still no food. Finally managed to cancel with Deliveroo as staff also couldn’t contact the restaurant via phone for over 45 mins. When Deliveroo finally made contact they advised another 20 mins. Clearly hadn’t started preparing. Only saving grace is Deliveroo refunded in full and while awaiting restaurant to answer phone Alternative meal was ordered and delivered. Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste your evening.

Food is always very good but if do order from here go and collect it delivery service is shocking and staff simply lie over the phone. Yes its Saturday night but ordered at 6.45pm and said be with us 7.15 didn't turn up they then said we meant 7.45 and now 8.40pm and still not here. No offer of refund or freebies unfortunately they are now off my list
