Lovely fishery. Owners were friendly and offered valuable advice. Pricing was fair. Fishing was slow, probably due to the sudden change in weather but still managed a few. Toilet facilities weren't as bad as others make out. Looked recently cleaned and there was loo roll, hand wash and running water so better than sone places. Might make another visit when the temps get a bit more stable and have another shot at it.

It's OK fishery but could do with a lot of improvements around the lakes. A working or usable toilets is a must. Could do with a bit of investment in improving the paths, there is far to many divots for your barrow to get stuck in and for your foot to get stuck potentially dangerous. Some swims on the pleasure lakes aren't big enough to accommodate a bivvy unless you own a brolly system however these swim could do with some cutting back the lovergrown brambles /grasses.
It's a beautiful lake with some nice fish in but my father in law was attacked by 2 dogs within half an hour of being there. These dogs are owned by the land owner and not the fishery who rent the lake. There was also a dead carp laying in one of the swims and it looked like it had been dead a while. I'm sorry to say but I don't think I will be going back.
I just looked today to see what it was like ,spoke to a few anglers and all I had was good feed back ,while I was there one if them caught a beautiful mirror carp excellent condition fish .cant wait 5o fish there
