When we sat down and spoke about the concept of Integra, we started with the why, rather than the what and how. This has laid the foundations of our business. Having been in the financial services Industry for over 15 years, and having experienced working within various businesses, we wanted to create something that was different. We wanted a business that spoke volumes of its ethos and was unique. Integra Financial Ltd is a business created to educate and guide people to make the best financial decisions possible. We are passionate about sharing our experiences and knowledge, not only to our clients but also with local communities. With so many product variations and regular changes in the financial markets, we want to make your financial experience as stress free and enjoyable as possible. As well as educating we have taken steps to support the environment with ‘Go Green’ and have signed up to make every effort in becoming a carbon neutral company. This ethical decision has been established from our drive and passion to do things differently. We really believe in investing time in our clients. We started the process of buying a house just before March's lockdown and once this hit our original mortgage brokers struggled to find us a mortgage offer. After a couple of weeks they essentially gave up so we took to Facebook asking if any of our friends could recommend a good mortgage broker, IF were put forward more than once. One quick phone call and a chat to Ryan he took our plight on and within 24hrs we had an offer in principle. This particular offer didn't work out for us but Ryan and the staff at IF never gave up and sure enough found us a deal. Where others just couldn't cut the mustard these guys came through. We were kept in the loop at every step and felt valued as if we were their only customers. Since being in our new home IF have also helped us find a great life insurance policy. Highly recommended and would use them for any of my financial services in the future.

After a quick conversation with Luke he made everything seem so easy. We could take a back seat in the comfort that Luke could handle it all for us. Luke was extremely helpful to me this year, I was buying on my own and a first time buyer so really appreciated how professional and knowledgeable he was. I was able to contact him really easily, through phone or email with any questions which he was great at helping with. He worked really fast and found plenty of great mortgage deals and I was able to borrow more than I expected whilst also keeping monthly payments low; he took everything I wanted into account. He explained everything clearly and was very patient with me. When I needed to reapply for my mortgage due to the process taking longer because of covid and legal delays, Luke was again quick to find new options and help me reapply. Luke and Lottie were great at contacting lawyers and estate agents to chase for updates, their support allowed me to stay positive about the purchase and keep going. He really went above and beyond what a broker does and was so supportive and great throughout the whole process.
