Our training is geared towards the executive end of the market and our clients are predominantly ex-military although we do accept civilian applicants provided they meet our pre-requisites. We offer far more than is required by current industry requirements in the U.K and have a strong, well rounded, varied training team with a wealth of knowledge and operational experience. We have had extensive media coverage in the Czech republic due to the high standard of our training, details of which can be seen in the media section of our website www.ist-academy.eu Currently we are adding S.S.O training to our program to cater for those wishing to work in anti-piracy roles, predominantly off of Africas' east coast. We have an excellent record of employment on completion of our training programs, although we do not offer employment on an operational role, our candidates have had very little problems gaining employment on completion.
