Tim was able to come out within a few days of contacting him. We need a few jobs doing in the property we had recently moved into. Replacing locks, handles and also servicing some locks. Tim was very professional, clear about his costs, did very neat work, was fast and efficient. I would 100% recommend Tim and would use him again in a heartbeat.

I've used Interlock on 3 occasions now, and highly recommend Tim. The first 2 occasions were for elderly relatives who had problems with their front door locks, Tim attended as arranged and resolved the issues quickly and professionally. He made the necessary adjustments when others may have sold replacement locks and hinges. This morning Tim came to my house to sort out my front door which was hanging out of square and sticking. He ended up removing and re-fitting the hinges to enable the door to hang squarely. Tim's done a great job and the door now works as it should without having to be forced shut. Tim provides an excellent service at a reasonable price.

Tim popped over about 2 hours after I called to look at our locking mechanism on our back door. He texted to give his ETA and was on time. Sorted the problem in no time. Very polite and professional. Definitely recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future.
