Bought 200 square meters of Malmo M2 Mateu wide plank flooring through a third party which is suitable for underfloor heating, for our 2 holiday cottages, in May 1999, over the last year the flooring has started to lift and in places I have had to tape the floor. We have complanied but nobody is willing to come out to take a look due to covid, eventhou we have made it clear that the propertys has been vacant since mid December. Customer service is shocking as nobody will speak to use as we bought from a third party. Speaking to our plumber today his Malmo has done exactly the same. Bought quick step the year before and have had no problems at all. Avoid Malmo at all cost.
