My husband and I were delighted by the level of service we received from our initial enquiry to final installation. We feel reassured by the fact they are a local company and if there were any issues they are very much on hand to answer any queries. I can’t tell you how many hours we’ve spent relaxing in our hot tub already ....
We were delighted to take delivery of our new hot tub yesterday. Sharon was in contact with us throughout the order time, keeping us up-to-date with progress. Sandy and his team were great. It was touch and go as to whether we could get the tub round the house as space is very tight. Over the years we’ve asked other hot tub stockists and all said it couldn’t be done so when we happened upon Exterea and Sandy said he could do it, we were delighted. He had scaffolding put in place and although it was tight, it’s now in situ and we are loving it! Sharon has given us a laminated instruction list and their son Stuart went through all the technical details re chemicals etc so hoping it’s not too difficult! I have no hesitation in recommending Exterea and I know if I have any queries, Sandy and Sharon will be there to help.
Highly recommend this family run business. Sharon expertly talked us through the hot tub range and how her products differed to those we'd find elsewhere. No sales pressure, just good honest advice. Install was well managed and Sharon and Sandy talked us through all we needed to know with the offer of personal assistance with any later questions. We had our 1st dip the other night, a relaxing soak under the stars (with a small refreshment of course). Heaven!! If you're thinking of purchasing, I'd recommend checking these guys out.
