Citroen Arnold Clark Inverness being our local service dealer totally refused to carry out urgent safety recalls on our Citroen vehicle without reason with the receptionist saying it comes from above, advise you contact Citroen Customer Services. This was after contacting Arnold Clark twice and them saying that someone would call you back, never did............ Citroen Customer Service advised us not to drive the vehicle due to two of the urgent recalls, to do with the fuel line pipe and brake pipe. Citroen were insistence that Arnold Clark carried out the recall because they were the nearest and were breaking their contract with Citroen. In the end we contacted Alan Milne Peugeot garage at Elgin, very helpful and promptly gave us an appointment within two weeks, Excellent after care service unlike Arnold Clark. DVSA are investigating this issue and will be contacting the dealer and manufacturer Citroen. Don't deserve one star lowest score I can give
