Had a problem with my X Trail, it would not start from cold. Contacted Leanne and informed her of my problem. Within a few hours she arranged to have my vehicle collected and a courtesy car left for me. They kept my car for a few days and during this time Leanne kept me updated about the repair. Two days later I received a phone call to say my vehicle had been repaired and it was on its way back to me. Fantastic service from DICKSON, especially from Leanne and her team and I must not forget JIMMY who collected and delivered my car. I could not have wished for any better service. This team is a credit to NISSAN and I cant thank you enough. I forgot to mention the very talented mechanic that repaired my car I think his name was ANGUS. Thank you all once again.
