Friendly, helpful service. Great to just be able to take car for a test drive without chaperone! I would have appreciated a bit more willingness to negotiate on price esp as Which cars provide an estimate of what dealers should sell for which was below what we paid in the end. Also not quite sure what else was added to the 200 dealer options charge (150 for car tax but that leaves 50?)...

Ten out of ten, Glen Dalgetty and Mike Black have absolutely brilliant throughout my purchase, very straight and down to earth. True gentlemen and a pleasure to deal with. I work for Mercedes and even though I'm in the trade and know the car I bought they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with everything even doing a really good video for me, taking all my calls and were prompt and professional with their responses. Couldn't recommend them enough and if your looking at a car with them make sure you see Glen as he is a credit to the dealership.
