You can call or message them on Facebook to reserve scallops (few days in advance) if you're coming to skye! It's 2 pounds per scallop. They will give you written instructions on how to shuck and cook them as well. Do bring your own plastic bag or container as they give it to you in a netting. It's well worth the effort, really fat and sweet \u003c3 What I did: After washing etc pat dry (best is to leave it in the fridge a while in a single layer on paper towels to dry out even more - this will give a nice sear) only salt/pepper it right before you put it in the pan. Around 40 to 50 seconds each side, add butter, turn off fire and add a splash of white wine. Super yums
