Richard was super fast to answer all of my emails with information about the biking experiences. Booking and payment were really easy to do online. When we arrived at his store to check-out the bike everything was ready to go but he still made sure to adjust our seats to our heights. He was very attentive and gave us a lot of tips on how to ride a tandem bike as it was our fist time. He is very knowledgable about the city and can give you information about many biking experiences in Inverness. I definitely recommend Ticket to Ride if you want to cycle in Inverness.

Hired a tandem bike to cycle to Culloden on day one and Loch Ness on day two. We were supported by Richard, who was extremely friendly, not only providing excellent service but also helpful information about the region we used on our journey. Our reservation was done online including bike, lock and a pair of helmets, and everything was done safely and quickly. Ticket to Ride definitely made our trip to the highlands much more fun!

Rented a bike to do the North coast 500. Service excellent with no waiting. Bike was as new and perfect for the road . Fitted with good panniers with a lock, spare tubes and tool kit. No lights fitted, so if you might be cycling in poor visibility bring your own. Hope to use this business again.

This is the second time I am renting the bike from this place and the service both times was superb. Rented in April 2017 and July 2020. Nice new bike, exactly as described, prompt communication, opened 7 days a week. Really nice area for mountain biking.

Hired a couple of road bikes to cycle Loch Ness over the weekend, cannot recommend these guys enough. Great bikes and they gave us a few tips for the trip. They were also very relaxed about us picking the bikes up a day early so we could get an early start the next day, much appreciated! Amazing way to experience Loch Ness!
