After being messed around by Peter Vardy trying to sell us a 2nd hand grandland for 450 a month...... (insert manic laughter). Thought we would try the local garage I’ve driven past for 5 years and never visited as I assumed would be expensive. Sales people were a rare breed on first visit but the guy on the service desk hunted us one down eventually. Whilst the hunt for a sales man continued we found the car we were looking at online the Puma, it was even the blue we liked but it was an ST X version, we were only looking at getting titanium. We got Simon Watson at last and he sorted us out a test drive. I liked that there was no restrictions and we got the car to ourselves for around an hour to give it a real go and not just round the block like some previous cars I’ve bought elsewhere. So of course we liked the car, I originally wanted automatic titanium blue but Simon advised autos don’t get the hybrid benefits and also like magic they had a blue manual st line 155hp that was already in transit. He offered us a deal that gave us a better spec(st line) the better engine (155) and gave more money than I expected in trade in and was able to offer me a less monthly cost than I paid for the car I traded in and of course less than I was expecting. Was meant to be. Thumbs up to Simon. He was very calm and knowledgeable, there was zero pressure to buy and every question answered. I’m sure I’ll be giving LOK more business in the future, when full electrics cars come back down to earth on price. The Puma is a fantastic car, I’m glad we ended up with it. Everything is just better than my last car. So yeah give LOK your money and definitely avoid the thieves at Petervardy.

One year on and it was time to book my car in for its annual service covered by my Service Plan. Booked the date/time over the phone, arrival instructions were clear, Covid-19 precautions were in place. I popped up the town for breakfast and received a call to say my car was available for collection. End-to-end an extremely smooth process, well done by all at Lawrence of Kemnay.
