Awful company, So far I have recieved 261 and they have sent me a bullying invoice for 219. Spoken on the phone to them waist of time. Going to contact the FCA.Advoid them at all cost.

Have sent messages through their website and emailed them explaining why I can't pay my invoice as I need the money I'm owed (which I still don't have!) before I can pay anything I've also asked for them to contact me by email as I work a lot of nights yet I get endless phone calls everyday and I've now just received a threatening letter stating that I haven't given any explanation as to why I haven't paid??? Absolute waste of space

Do not use this so called company they r crooks they hold your checks for months and only if u ring them they say they will issue it with exstorsanat fees if they issue you with it at all they are as bad as loansharks do not use they have stolen my money !!

Not happy with this company. Keeps sending me the same details of paperwork every week. To which I have replied to. And contradicts them selfs by saying my claim has been suspended and at the end of the letters they say if I don't act immediately it may result in the claim being closed. So tel me this it's either suspended or not.

I tried Claiming once myself, and found the banks just landed a load of thick questionnaires on my doorstep and pestered me daily for questions that I couldn't answer I eventually ended up giving up So this time I used this claims company, they asked me what type of borrowing I've had, which banks, I signed some documentation and then after a while investor compensation calls me and said I had multiple credit cards and loans with PPI from years back! we had a longish discussion and then they sent the claim eventually I ended up winning a suprising amount of money back! Yes, they contact you when your case needs information but it ended up with me getting a fair bit of money back, the staff always seemed nice to me even when I wasn't in the best of moods The fees seem abit high but they tell you and then its on the documentation so its not a suprise and its about 36% each time you win on each case but after trying myself with the banks its' money I wouldnt of got myself
